I Import / Export

a) A personalised approach

One sales person to carry out the technical visit, which includes:

  • determining the volume of your removal
  • offer you our different services (see annex)
  • help you in the choice of different travel arrangements (special or grouping)
  • define the amounts for insurance
The sales person will advise you in the choice of packing, supervising the loading at the departure address and follow-up the after sales procedures.
   

b) Simple and precise procedures

We will provide you with the standard forms:

  • a summary of all the documents you must provide for formalities
  • customs forms for vehicle and furniture clearing, depending on the destination
  • a declaration for exemption and taxes, depending on the destination
  • an information form for vehicles
  • an inventary for belongings and furniture
  • and for customers on embassy missions, information regarding tax free procedures.
We will provide you with all the necessary explanations for filling our these forms.
a well-prepared dossier will result in quick communication between those involved and will, above all, improve reactivity in the case of an unforeseen incident.

c) Perfectly respected lead-times

Our collaboration with shippinng companies mean you can enjoy the best prices and find out the exact dates of boat departure and arrival, you can follow their routes. Ze can therefore provide you with precise information at any time regarding the location of your removals. As we order and organise the transport, we will be your only contact for all phases of your contract (loading, transport, customs clearing, delivery and insurance).

 

d) Insurance

Your property and vehicles may be damaged or lost during the transport. We have therefore chosen to offer an "ad valorem" policy, which provides you with the best guarantees.

If there is very important dispute, our insurer has a network of damage experts in all countries. Their role is to evaluate the amount of damage caused.
