To solve all disputes in the best possible conditions, it is vital that the customer sends us, as early as possible before the removal, a checked inventory. On arrival, if there has been any damage, the customer must send us a recorded delivery letter in the following three working days. The customer
must also send the delivery docket signed on delivery, mentioning the
reserves, and the repair quote or purchase invoice. |

On reception of all the necessary paperwork, the file will be sent within eight days to our insurance company, who will deal directly with the customer. But we will always remain at your disposal for any further explanations you may require. With the damage evaluation completed, the dossier is processed in the shortest time possible with final customer reimbursement. |
